Your home is fully equipped with everything you will need while on vacation. The kitchen has all new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware utensils, stove top and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, and a washer and dryer.

Your home will have bed linens, pool and beach towels, toilet paper and a small bar of soap in every bathroom, garbage bags in every garbage can, and a small box of laundry detergent enough for 1 load of laundry. The following is a quick highlight of what we offer:

The pool heating is NOT included with your stay, the rate is $30 per night for the pool heater to be turned on, minimum of 5 nights for reservations, please keep this in mind if you are booking the house for winter/colder months and if you plan to use the pool, it can take up to 48 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions (winter).
